3 Ways to Make Selling Easy
(According to sales expert, Patrick Galang)

Patrick Galang is one of the most talented sales people we know. You ask him to sell you a pen and he’d make the Wolf of Wall Street look like a wimp.
That being said, he has invented a pretty cool framework to sell coaching programmes. And he recently led a workshop in Trainer Crew breaking it down for our lucky members.
His process is broken into “3 P’s”:
Patterns
Perception
Perspective
Let’s dive into each.
1. Patterns
This all about what patterns your buyers do consistently and predictably. If Karen hogs the staff room chocolates and spends her evenings watching reality TV, this would be classed as a pattern.
Other examples:
What content do they consume everyday?
What are they doing about their problems?
What are they telling themselves about their situation?
This information is key for understanding motivations and decision making.
2. Perception
This is about how your prospects understand their current reality. Spoiler: A lot of people aren’t actually aware of their perceptions.
Examples:
What do they think their problems are on the surface?
What are their opinions on solutions to their problems?
Do they think it's possible to improve their situation now?
Uncovering these beliefs will give you clues of their objections in the sales process.
3. Perspective
This is all about their personal experiences and the way they think. This is often the hardest to break through.
Examples:
What are the beliefs limiting them?
What is the truth about their situation?
What do they need to know to achieve their outcome?
Being able to shift perspective gives that “aha” moment and you’ll likely have a new client.
Get these 3 things to align and you have a solid baseline for making sales. It will help you adopt a deeper understanding of your prospect, pre-handle objections before they come and ultimately influence people to make a change.
Put it to the test (and give credit to the main man Patrick)

Workout App Graphic
Clients often have no clue what they get when they join an online fitness programme, so it’s a good idea to give them a sneak peek of the app or software you use. This will help them visualise themselves being a client and make the sales process a whole lot easier.
