How We Use GoHighLevel To Manage Our Fitness Studio

Boost Your Fitness Studio: GoHighLevel Management in Action

Estimated read time: 1 minute 51 seconds.

Dear Fitpreneurs,

When you own a fitness studio, you wear a lot of hats.

Especially when you’re coaching, it’s hard to keep up with everything.

Since October, we’ve been able to generate:

  • Leads = 1079

  • Booked Appointments = 220

  • Taken Appointments = 132

  • Sales = 99

The truth is, we couldn't have done it without our secret weapon… GoHighLevel*.

Here’s how a $97/month tool has helped generate thousands in monthly revenue:

#1 - Appointment Funnel

Before we launched, we set up a simple 3-step appointment funnel.

This made it easy for people to book a free consultation.

Once they scheduled the appointment, the page redirected to a list of FAQs.

This was a great way to cover any objections and add a visual touchpoint before the appointment.

#2 - Sales Pipeline

When there's a lot of leads, you need a pipeline to manage them.

We split our pipeline into the following columns:

  • Lead

  • Appointment Booked

  • Appointment No Show

  • Appointment Cancelled

  • Closed

  • No Closed

  • Recommit

  • Cancelled

With this page, we follow someone from the moment they spot our ads to when they join us as a monthly member.

#3 - Onboarding Funnel

Whenever a new member signs up, there’s a lot we need them to do.

To avoid overwhelming them, we leave everything to our automated onboarding funnel.

Once we receive payment, we drag their name over to the “Closed” column in our pipeline.

This triggers an email with a link to complete the process.

#4 - Email/SMS Automations

We have a series of automations working 24/7 in the background.

For example, if someone sees an ad at 11pm, we have emails and texts in place to push them to schedule an appointment.

There are also auto notifications to remind us to arrange check-ins with members.

(And we’ve even set up alerts to buy a gift when a client's birthday is approaching).

#5 - Website

After 3 months of opening, we finally built our website. (Yipee!)

Luckily, you can do this in GoHighLevel too without much stress.

Now we connect all our forms and automations in one place without other paid platforms.

Note: Most people think a website is the first thing they need when launching a fitness studio. But we left it until last. The funnels referenced beforehand were enough to get to capacity. Don’t overcomplicate it.

#6 - Communication

One other big bonus of GoHighLevel* is its ability to keep all communication central.

With 1,709 leads and 70 active members, it’s hard to stay on-top of everything.

So we filter everything into our “Conversations” window.

This means we get back to people fast and even ring/send texts under a company mobile number.

Final Words…

I won't lie. All these funnels and automations took a while to build.

But all that work now means we now spend less than 4 hours/week operating our studio.

We never let a lead slip through the cracks and we rarely get client emails anymore.

That's why mastering your CRM can be the best thing you do for your business.

That’s it from us. Reply any time…
