Hiring a Virtual Assistant

Do you have tasks in the day you HATE doing? You know you have to do them but the thought of it makes you wanna punch yourself in the face?
Well my friend, you should probably hire a virtual assistant.
You might be thinking, “that’s all well and good for you to say guys but I’m trying to grow my business, I don’t have the cash to pay someone else!”
While that may be true, it’s important you act in alignment with your goals.
For example, if you want to make £5k+ per month, you need to focus on high value tasks. The stuff that actually moves the needle. Not the £10 per hour tasks you might already be doing (the maths doesn’t work out).
Hiring a virtual assistant is a cost effective option if you want to accelerate your growth and offload some repeatable tasks.
But it’s not as simple as popping on Google, typing “virtual assistant”, hiring the first person you see… and expecting your business to run like Amazon the next day.
You need to adopt a process and system for (a) finding the right person and (b) making sure they’re set up for success.
Here’s how you can hire your first VA:
Go to a Virtual Assistant directory like onlinejobs.ph (or Fiverr / Upwork)
Look for someone with experienced skills in the area you’re hiring for
Kickstart your relationship using our VA Onboarding Script
Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) recording the tasks you want them to do.
Tweak the SOPs when mistakes crop up (they will)
Ask your VA to send an end-of-day report so you can review performance and feedback.
If you’re unsure about what tasks to include or how much you can realistically pay to hire someone, I’d definitely recommend reading Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell 📚 It’s a corker!

🖼 TEMPLATE
Facebook Profile Cover
There are so many personal trainers on Facebook with profile covers that aren’t optimised for mobile.
Considering every man and his dog uses social media on their phone, we’ve designed a Facebook Profile Cover template that’s mobile friendly. Edit the template, drag in a pic of you and upload on mobile. Your profile photo should then fit in the middle with the text surrounding it.

That's a wrap for today. Stay sweaty & see ya next week! If you want more, be sure to follow our Instagram (@themediabros)
