How to win more clients with the help of your own sales pitch deck

The Sales Pitch Deck (The Secret Weapon For Getting More Clients)

Contrary to popular belief, a sales presentation isnāt just for 90s guys in suits.
Nor is it limited to step brothers and āPrestige Worldwideā (one of the greatest presentations of all time. Look it up)
Nope. If you want to sign up more clients and grow your business, you should have your own sales pitch deck. At least thatās what weāve found.
We used to take prospects through a boring Google doc. Now we have the glitz and the glamour of an actual presentation.
Hereās how we structure ours:
1. Introduce Offer
Every great offer needs an introduction.
Just like a boxing announcer, you want to present your programme like itās the best god damn programme ever invented.
The best way weāve found to do this is using visual models (full list of visual models here).
Break down the 3 phases of your offer as well as the steps required to achieve each milestone.
2. Support Ladder
Communication is at the heart of any client relationship.
When someone hires a coach, they are really hiring someone to support them.
Thatās why you need to set expectations and clearly outline the multiple support options in your programme.
This will save you time later down the line and provide a pathway clients can elevate their concerns.
3. The Roadmap
If you havenāt made your roadmap by now, itās never too late (check out our roadmap creator).
This gives your prospect a visual representation of their own journey once they become a client.
You can use this specific slide to start setting a plan to get them excited!
4. Social Proof
Now that the prospect is emotionally bought in and understands whatās entailed in your programme, itās time to bring it home with testimonials.
Position your 4 best testimonials on this page. I also recommend switching these around depending on the prospect.
For example, if youāre speaking with a 50+ year old guy, find other successful clients who match this demographic.
5. Timeline
I canāt tell you the amount of clients who have joined us in the past based on this single slide.
Like anything in life, if you donāt know where youāre going, it feels more risky.
This is why a timeline is so valuable when it comes to sales.
This is a visual reminder of all the cool stuff you have coming up in your programme and the path your client will take if they decide to join.
6. Next 3 Steps
Finally, let your prospect know the next 3 steps upon joining.
I think it was Donald Miller who said everything in sales should only be 3 steps. Humans generally find it easy to remember things in groups of 3.
If you make it 5 or 6, you may as well be speaking in gibberish and your prospect will get overwhelmed.
Examples of the next 3 steps could be, āSchedule Kick Off Callā, āGroup Invitationā and āSet 8 Week Game Planā.
Sales is about visualisation. If your prospect canāt see themselves participating in your programme, you havenāt been clear enough in your presentation.
