The Secret To More Clients

If youāre expecting this email to be about the latest āš„ Gr0Wth HaCkā thatās going to take your fitness coaching business to the moon, you might wanna stop reading.
Because weāre about to reveal the single biggest thing thatāll make your coaching programme 10x more successful.
Any guesses?
ā¦*cough*ā¦ itās your actual coaching programme.
Sounds obvious right? But so many personal trainers get this wrong.
Theyāre always in āgrowthā mode.
āWhere can I get the next client?ā
āI need more leads! More sales! More money!ā
But just like shovelling snow in a blizzard, if youāre introducing more clients to your crappy coaching programme, youāre killing your business.
Let me explain..
Dave and Dean both have fitness coaching offers worth Ā£300.
Theyāve recently each sold 10 new clients onto their programmes.
Dave is a hotshot at FB ads and has posters of Russell Brunson on his wallā¦
Heās able to acquire each new client for Ā£50.
While Dean has to spend Ā£150 to acquire each of his clients.
Immediately, youād look at these two scenarios and assume Dave is more profitable.
After all, heās made Ā£2,500 and Dean is left with a less impressive Ā£1,500.
But what I didnāt tell you is Dean is consistently able to retain 50% of clients who have purchased his front-end programme.
And Dave? Well he can only get 10% to stick around.
So Dean is left with 5 of his clients paying him Ā£200 per month for the rest of the year.
And Dave only managed to get 1 new client to recommit at the same price.

Ultimately this can only mean one thingā¦ Deanās coaching is better.
While Dave was distracted by shiny objects and making ākiller marketing funnelsā, he lost touch with the very thing his clients pay him forā¦ being a coach.
Dean on the other hand could afford to pay more to acquire his clients because heās worked tirelessly to improve his skill set and deliver a remarkable experience for every client that walks through the door.
He obsesses over measuring client success, enhancing his onboarding processes, checking in, self-educating, taking on feedback, gathering testimonials etc.
Dave, on the other hand, just bought another annual subscription to Clickfunnels hoping THIS TIMEā¦ his new multi-stage tripwire funnel with order bumps will be the answer to everything.
Sorry Dave, youāre not gonna like how this plays out
