Breaking Down Our New Content Strategy For Our Gym

Steal Our System For Getting New Leads Using Instagram & Facebook

Read time: 2 minutes

Dear Fitpreneurs,

Posting regular content for your gym is impossible without a plan.

If you’re anything like us, you go some weeks with lots of posts and other weeks with zero.

So we needed to do something.

That's why we built a content strategy called the Weekly REPS.

And it’s changed the game for us.

You can steal it here:

What’s The Strategy?

We find it easier when we know ahead of time what to post.

That’s why we fit our content into 4 buckets (REPS).

  • Results (Monday)

  • Expose (Wednesday)

  • Practice (Thursday)

  • Summary (Friday)

These are the pieces of content we post throughout the week on Instagram and Facebook.

Choose Your Cadence

Don’t overstretch yourself.

The beauty of this strategy is that it lends itself to any posting schedule you like.

For example, if you only have the bandwidth to commit to this on a monthly basis, it still works.

If you want to go crazy, you could fit these posts into a daily schedule.

But we find “Weekly REPS” works best for us.
