How We Automate Testimonials (Without Begging for Them)
A simple system that turns happy clients into social proof
Asking clients to write nice things about your gym always feels a bit… off.
It can come across as desperate—especially when they’re already paying for your service.

That’s why we built a testimonial flywheel that keeps the positive reviews rolling in without awkward asks.
Here’s how it works:
1. Automate Feedback with ‘Rate Your Week’
One of the best things we introduced at our studios was the Rate Your Week system.
Every client gets a simple, automated form asking them to rate their week:
✅ Green – “I’m loving it!”
🟠 Amber – “It’s okay.”
❌ Red – “I’m not impressed”
This keeps us proactively fixing issues while also surfacing positive feedback on autopilot.

2. Turn Happy Clients Into Testimonials
Here’s where it gets fun.
If a client rates their week as Green, a comment box appears asking them to share why.
Their response automatically lands in our ‘Feedback’ database in Notion*, where our team can see it. No chasing. No awkward requests. Just natural, organic testimonials rolling in every week.

3. Repurpose into Content (Without Extra Work)
Every Monday, we scan our database for great feedback and use Xnapper* to grab clean screenshots.
We then drop them into a Canva template and—boom—instant social proof for our Instagram Stories, sales pages, and ads.

Pro Tip: Add a CTA on your Instagram Story so that when people reply, you can trigger a ManyChat* automation to book consultations directly in your diary.
4. Repeat (And Keep the Flywheel Moving)
New clients automatically enter the Rate Your Week system, so this cycle never stops.
This is how you systemise growth—turning one simple process into a compounding engine for retention, engagement, and sales.
