🧠 STRATEGY
Signing Clients When You’re Busy

Last week, we gave you the numbers to fill your pipeline with hot leads.
But what happens when you have zero time to actually go out and get clients?
Personal trainers are the masters of juggling.
When you start out, you’re the weird person creeping around the machines at the gym.
And once you get your first few clients, you take on the role of company accountant.
After a while, you’re a social media expert posting selfies of you and your clients.
Then Donna sees you once a week to vent about her marriage… and just like that, you’re a therapist.
All this stuff drains your energy and time. So how exactly do you turn your attention to signing up new clients?
The simple answer is: consistency.
We can point back to every single “good patch” we’ve had in sales and it’s usually as a result of creating a simple system that we’re consistent with.
Here’s how:
Get a notebook and divide the pages into 3 columns - Reach outs, Conversations, Booked Calls (or download our resource)
At the start of the day, train yourself to do 20-30 reach outs.
Throughout the day, dip into conversations with those that reply.
At the end of the day, follow up and book calls.
I know this sounds simple but that’s the point. Once you get into a routine, you can ramp up the numbers or adjust so it’s more realistic for you.
The goal is to finish the day with:
Reach outs = 20-30
Conversations = 6-9
Booked Calls = 1
Quick Tip: If you want to improve your ability to reach out (so you don’t run out of people) watch our quick training on the 7 Day Content Machine.
The resource below will help you stay consistent too.
