We Booked 90+ Appointments In 24 Hours For Our New Gym

Proven Tactics to Drive Gym Membership Sign-Ups Fast

Read time: 2 minutes

Dear Fitpreneurs,

Last week, we booked over 90 appointments for our new fitness studio.

But it didn’t happen by chance.

It took 1 month of focused effort to make this happen.

Here’s how we did it:

NEW EPISODE

We Used MrBeast’s Video Secrets to Promote Our Gym

We took some strategies from MrBeast’s videos to boost our gym’s promotion. This week is a big one for us because we’re launching a new gym location and need to fill up our consultation spots. We’re breaking down our approach and sharing our progress along the way. We chat about mistakes, lessons learned, and what it’s like to document everything so openly.

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • How we used MrBeast’s strategies for our new gym launch.

  • The challenges we faced keeping momentum strong.

  • What we learned from past failures and how we adjusted.

  • How we’re tracking and updating our waiting list in real-time.

  • What keeps us motivated when feeling nervous about launching.

  • Our next steps and how we’re preparing for the big week.

Generating Interest

We followed the same launch plan we used for our first location.

We started by building a waiting list and sending weekly email updates.

We added people to the list through local Facebook groups and running ads.

All this built excitement so that people were ready when we announced our offer.

Creating Scarcity

The main benefit of joining our waiting list was clear.

Anyone on the list would get the offer before it went to the public.

We created scarcity by showing how many spots were available and how many people were on the list.

Driving Action

Limiting the number of spots wasn’t the only thing we did.

We added urgency to get people to act quickly.

We used our Appointment Queue strategy to split the waiting list into a “skip the queue” group.

Anyone who joined this group got the offer 1 hour before the rest of the list.

Then, the rest of the waiting list got the offer 3 days before the public.

By doing this, we focused on the hottest leads and encouraged fast action.

Our calendar couldn’t keep up with the appointments!

Staying Flexible

When this many people request appointments, new challenges crop up.

92 consultations equal 46 hours of our time.

That created a problem with our schedule.

At one point, we ran out of time slots, so we had to find ways to open up more availability.

Ironically, this boosted appointments because people saw proof of the high demand.

Final Words…

As I write this, we’ve sat 33 consultations and signed up 25 people (totalling £7,774).

This already beats the 7-day record from our first location.

Our goal is to fill all spots before we officially open our doors.

We have until Friday 18th October to do it.
